What to expect
The experience begins when we pick you up from your hotel in El Calafate and, after a 30-minute drive, arrive at the Alice estancia.
From the quincho, we start on foot crossing the southern slope of the hill, on a route that adapts to the group's abilities and offers stunning panoramic views of the Centinela River Valley, Argentino Lake, Brazo Rico, and on clear days, even the Torres del Paine. Along the trail, the landscape changes combining steppe and a native lenga forest, habitat to various species of flora and fauna waiting to be discovered by the most curious.
At the end, we return to the quincho to enjoy a snack. It is recommended to wear comfortable, warm clothing and appropriate footwear for trekking. Return to the hotels around 6 PM.
