What to expect
Clients gather at the base camp, gear up, and are transported in company vans to the section entrance.
50 MinutesUpon arriving at the section entrance on the Río Azul, the guides will give a technical talk with everything you need to know, such as safety instructions, commands, possible situations on the river, and practice everything explained in the water. Then, they will begin the activity, first navigating the calm Río Azul before reaching the Futaleufú River, where you will encounter class II, III, IV, and V+ rapids.
5 HoursAt the end of the activity, the company van will be waiting to take you back to the base camp, where you will return the technical equipment, review photos and videos of the activity, and share a snack.
