What to expect
We will pick you up at your hotel or agreed meeting point in the urban center of Quito to start our adventure to Mindo.
Brief stop in the town of Calacalí, where you can stretch your legs and have an optional breakfast before continuing the journey.
Scenic tour descending through the Western Cordillera, with spectacular views marking the transition to the Mindo Cloud Forest.
Arrival in Mindo and start of the exploration. Here we will have the option to do adventure activities such as the Tarabita (cable car) or the Canopy (cost not included).
Visit a specialized refuge to observe and photograph different species of hummingbirds up close in their natural habitat.
Time to recharge with a menu-style lunch included at a local restaurant.
We will discover the process from cocoa to chocolate in a local factory, from the seed to the final product, with a delicious tasting.
Start of the return trip to Quito after a full day of adventure and nature in Mindo.
We will drop you off at your hotel or agreed meeting point within the urban radius of Quito.

- Smoking during the tour
- Consumption of alcoholic beverages or drugs
- Feeding the local wildlife or hummingbirds
- Damaging the flora of the Cloud Forest
- Minimum recommended age is 8 years due to adventure activities
- A minimum number of participants is required for the activity to take place. If this number is not reached, it will be rescheduled for another date or a refund will be made
