What to expect
We will start the day traveling to the Punta Tombo Provincial Reserve, home to the largest continental colony of Magellanic penguins in South America. Here, you will have the unique opportunity to walk along specially designed trails that allow you to observe thousands of penguins in their natural environment. You can see them in their nests, interacting with each other, and making their characteristic trips to the sea in search of food. A total immersion in Patagonian wildlife.
In the afternoon, we will head to the city of Trelew to visit the prestigious Egidio Feruglio Paleontological Museum. We will take a journey back in time to discover the fascinating history of the dinosaurs that inhabited Patagonia millions of years ago. Through its impressive exhibits, which include real fossils and scale replicas, you will learn about the evolution of life in the region, culminating a day that combines living nature with the science of the past.
