What to expect

Day 1 - Transfer to Puerto Williams:

Flight from Santiago to Punta Arenas, then flight to Puerto Williams. Hotel accommodation and dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2 - Start of the trek:

Ascent to Cerro La Bandera and arrival at Laguna del Salto, the first campsite.

6 Hours
Day 3 - Trek to Laguna Escondida:

Hike from Laguna del Salto to Laguna Escondida, passing by Cerro Bettinelli.

7 Hours
Day 4 - Ascent to Cerro Bettinelli:

Ascent to Cerro Bettinelli (800 masl) and return to the camp at Laguna Escondida.

5 Hours
Day 5 - Detour to Lake Windhond:

Trek to Lake Windhond, offering panoramic views of the area. Camp at Cerro Bettinelli.

6 Hours
Day 6 - Trek to Laguna Martillo:

Hike from the camp to Laguna Martillo.

6 Hours
Day 7 - Laguna Martillo to Laguna Guanacos:

Trek along scenic trails to Laguna Guanacos.

6 Hours
Day 8 - End of the trek and return to Puerto Williams:

Descent to Puerto Williams and hotel accommodation. Farewell dinner.

Day 9 - Return to Punta Arenas and Santiago:

Flight from Puerto Williams to Punta Arenas, and then to Santiago.
