What to expect
Your adventure begins as you meet the trained instructors who will welcome you. You will participate in a detailed informational talk and watch an instructional video to learn the basics of diving, underwater communication techniques, and essential safety rules for exploring Lake Nahuel Huapi.
Once prepared, you will make your first dive in the crystal-clear waters of Playa Bonita. Always under the direct supervision of an instructor, you will dive to discover the fascinating underwater world of the lake, where you will have the opportunity to closely observe the Patagonian flora and fauna in their natural environment, making this experience an unforgettable adventure.
What you should know
- Swimsuit to wear under the diving gear.
- Towel for after the activity.
- Warm clothes and a dry change of clothes for the end of the experience.
- Comfortable and non-slip footwear.
- Pregnant women and children under 10 years old
- Overweight individuals. Participation is subject to the guide's evaluation based on weight, height, and availability of wetsuits.
- People with respiratory difficulties, cold/congestion, sinusitis/rhinitis, ear problems, asthma, pregnancy, vertigo/fainting, chest pain, recent surgeries, cardiovascular difficulties, claustrophobia, hypertension, current otitis, epilepsy, diabetes.
- There must be at least 12 to 24 hours between your last dive and boarding a plane to avoid pressure problems.
- No previous diving experience is required to participate.
