What to expect
Arrival on your own to the parking lot and a walk of approximately 200 meters to the confluence of the Villegas and Manso rivers. Depending on the option booked, this may include transfer service from central hotels in Bariloche.
Meet the guides, receive the rafting equipment, and get a safety briefing before entering the river.
Rafting on the Manso River navigating rapids such as Banda de Billar, Diente de Hipopótamo, Montaña Rusa, and Roca Magnética.
During the summer months, there is the possibility to refresh yourself in the calm sections of the river when conditions allow.
End of the navigation in the valley of the Lower Manso.
Refreshments at the rest stop at the end of the activity.
Those who are driving can hire and pay on site for a transfer to the point where their vehicle was parked to then return for the rest of the group.
What you should know
- Swimsuit, water shoes or sandals, T-shirt or fleece sweatshirt, towel, and footwear.
- Bring sunglasses and sunscreen.
- It is recommended to bring a change of clothes.
- Not accessible for wheelchair users or people with back problems.
- Not recommended for pregnant women and children under 4 years old.
- Maximum weight 100kg (maximum life jacket size)

- When leaving the vehicle in the parking lot, you will have to walk approximately 200 meters to the confluence of the Villegas and Manso rivers, the meeting point with the Extremo Sur guides, where you will be equipped for navigation and the Rafting will begin.
