What to expect
The adventure begins at a countryside establishment in San Martín de los Andes, where you will be assigned and prepared with your horse. From there, you will start an exciting 3-hour horseback ride, venturing into beautiful mountain trails and beginning the ascent through the scenic nature of the region.
The journey continues ascending until reaching an altitude of 900 meters. Upon reaching the highest point of the trek, you will enjoy a break to admire and photograph the spectacular panoramic views of the Patagonian landscapes, exploring the beauty of the area from a unique perspective before starting the return.
What you should know
- Long pants and snug footwear.
- It never hurts to bring water and a snack to regain energy.
- Bring a cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
- It is recommended to wear clothing appropriate for the type of activity and weather at the time of the activity.
- The available horses are suitable for riders of all levels.
