What to expect
The tour begins with a transfer from your accommodation in San Pedro de Atacama. During the pickup, we will stop at the accommodations of all participants within the San Pedro area.
1 HourWe will head to the picturesque village of Machuca, where we will check in and prepare for the hike.
1 HourWe will begin the ascent along the slopes of the Jorquencal Volcano. During this stage, we will enjoy stunning Andean landscapes and learn more about the geography and natural environment of the region.
2 HoursWe will reach the summit of the Jorquencal Volcano, where you can enjoy a unique experience with breathtaking panoramic views.
30 MinutesWe will begin the descent along the same path used for the ascent, heading back to the vehicle in a safe and comfortable journey.
1 HourAfter finishing the descent, we will arrive at the spot where the vehicle will be waiting to begin the return trip.
1 HourThe tour concludes with a transfer back to San Pedro de Atacama, where you will be dropped off at your accommodation, ensuring a comfortable end to this unforgettable experience.
