



What to expect
Passenger pickup at the mentioned meeting point.
Volcano: Technical stop to use the bathroom and buy supplies.
First stop in the town of Purmamarca to take a panoramic photo of the route, in front of the town, as the position of the sun in the morning radically changes its colors. We will stay approximately 20 minutes at this first stop.
We enter the incredible Cuesta de Lipán, where we will reach 4,170 meters above sea level and be able to appreciate its spectacular flora and fauna. It is a winding high mountain road, majestic with its green and brown colors showing us the beautiful landscapes of the puna.
We arrive at the third largest salt flat in Latin America where we will have between 45 minutes to 1 hour free time to explore the salt pools, sculptures, salt restaurant and take incredible photos in this huge salt flat of northern Argentina.
Descent through La Cuesta de Lipán to Purmamarca.
We return to Purmamarca and you can enjoy 2 hours free to explore the beautiful town and have lunch. Imposing 7-colored hill nestled in the heart of the town with its narrow cobbled streets and adobe and mud houses.
We return to the city of Jujuy traveling through the last part of the Quebrada de Humahuaca and its landscapes. We have technical stops on the way if you want to use the bathroom, buy something to eat or drink.
What you should know
- It is recommended to wear clothing suitable for the type of activity and weather at the time of the activity.
- Bring water and snacks to regain energy.
- To avoid altitude sickness, we recommend staying hydrated, not drinking alcohol, and eating light.
- Bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
- Smoking or consuming alcoholic beverages during the activity.
- The activity is not canceled due to rain or bad weather.
- You must be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
