20 MinutesExplanation of the production process in the winery, with visits to the concrete vats, barrel room, and the family chapel.
10 MinutesGuided tasting of 4 premium wines: Encierra Rosé, Puquillay Cabernet Sauvignon, Encierra Vineyard Reserve, Encierra Carmenere, and Porel, paired with a cheese and dried fruit platter.
