What to expect
Purchase your ticket and check the confirmation email received after booking.
Before arriving at Mall Costanera, make sure to screenshot each QR code or download the PDF attached to your confirmation email and save it on your phone. It is 1 QR code per person.
Go to Level PB of the Cenco Costanera shopping center, where the official entrance to Sky Costanera is located.
Enter directly through the left line of the belts, where it says “Access with ticket,” for security control and QR code scanning.
Go through the venue's security check, where personal items will be inspected via an X-ray conveyor belt.
After the check, access the elevators that go up to the 61st floor and the escalator to the 62nd floor of the Gran Torre Costanera.
Enjoy a 360° view of Santiago from 300 meters high, with panoramas of the city, the Andes mountain range, and urban architecture.
Explore the viewpoint at your own pace and take advantage of the experience to take photos and contemplate the city from above.

- Every Saturday in August the SUNSET event will take place, the 62nd floor will remain completely closed from 4:00 PM until closing. During this time, only the 61st floor will be available.
