What you should know

What to bring

Comfortable sports clothing.
If it’s cold, dress warmly, especially the upper body (buff, fleece, windbreaker).
Leggings and sweatpants or swim shorts.
Additionally: change of clothes, towel, hydration, sunglasses.

Not allowed

Please notify if you wish to bring pets to coordinate the activity. Inquiries should be made when contacted by the operator.
Most important: take back everything you bring!

Important information

All routes can be modified or canceled due to weather conditions (strong winds, extreme cold, fog).
The main activity is SUP, but if needed, you can request a kayak.
