San Pedro de Atacama in 2 days: Valley of the Moon + Tatio Geysers + Cejar Lagoon

We start the experience from the Agency with a shared transfer to the Valley of the Moon.

We will observe the imposing formation of the Amphitheater to understand its geological origin, followed by a walk to the Major Dune that offers panoramic views of the desert. After a photo stop at the Three Marys, we will transfer to the Ckari Viewpoint (Coyote Rock). There we will have one hour to contemplate the sunset and see how the light transforms the landscape before returning.

We will begin by immersing ourselves in the turquoise waters of Laguna Cejar, where the high salinity allows a unique natural flotation experience, with time to use showers after the bath. Then, we will visit the Eyes of the Salt Flat, two deep freshwater wells that contrast with the arid environment, ending at Laguna Tebenquiche. There, the guide will explain the ecological relevance of the area while we share an outdoor snack, watching how the colors of the sunset reflect on the water mirror and the mountain range.
