15 MinutesTour of the crops to collect fruits, vegetables and other ingredients that will be used in the preparation. Learn about farming techniques and share peasant stories.
25 MinutesBefore cooking, the chef explains the origin of the selected dish (ajiaco, sancocho, encocado, tamales, empanadas or marranitas), its cultural connection and the key ingredients.
20 MinutesHands on. Guided by local experts, participants prepare the chosen dish step by step, learning ancestral techniques and culinary secrets.
45 MinutesTime to enjoy the food prepared, share impressions and understand how each flavor reflects the history and biodiversity of Colombia.
20 MinutesTime for questions, photos and additional culinary recommendations before returning.
