What to expect

Pick up at your accommodation within the urban radius of Ensenada or Valle de Guadalupe

We start the day with pick-up at the hotel or agreed meeting point. We prepare for the transfer to the Ojos Negros Valley.

Enjoy a one-hour journey approximately from Ensenada or Valle de Guadalupe inland, admiring the valley landscapes.

Guided tour and meeting with the local winemaker

Our first stop is at a local vineyard renowned for its Shiraz grape production. You will be attended by the owner and expert winemaker. You will have the opportunity to tour the vineyard and learn about the world of wine.

Arrival at the organic ranch and free time

We move to a ranch internationally recognized for its organic production. You will have time to enjoy the patio, take photos, or consume a drink (at your own expense) before starting the guided tour.

We will walk through the farm to learn about livestock care, crop production, and the artisanal cheese-making process.

Tasting in the underground cellar

We descend into the famous underground cellar for a sensory experience. You will be able to taste artisanal cheeses paired with house wine and other local seasonal products.

We will visit a lavender farm where, if you wish, you can eat at its restaurant or explore the store of organic and artisanal products based on this flower (available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from March to December).
