What to expect
The day starts early with pickup from your accommodation in Cusco to begin the journey towards the Vinicunca area.
After your pickup from your accommodation, we will begin our trip through the stunning Andean landscapes heading to the starting point of the experience at the Rainbow Mountain. During the trip, we will make a stop to enjoy a delicious local breakfast that will allow us to recharge before starting this incredible adventure.
Start of the hike to the summit along high-altitude trails, lasting approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. It is a demanding but accessible route for those with adequate physical condition, rewarded with stunning views along the way.
Arrival at the viewpoint to contemplate Rainbow Mountain, take photos, and appreciate its natural colors up close.
After enjoying the surroundings, the descent begins for approximately 40 minutes. At the end, we will take the bus to head to the restaurant where we will enjoy a delicious lunch, and then we will return to the city of Cusco.
