Become an oenologist for a day! At Viña MontGras you will combine up to three varieties of red wine to create your own blend, bottle it, cork it, and label it using manual tools and the guidance of a guide. Additionally, you will tour the vineyards and can take home the bottle you made.

What to expect
Presentation at the Viña MontGras Visitor Center to start the activity.
Walk through the vineyards with a visit to the Varietal Garden.
Overview of Viña MontGras and explanation of the wine-making process.
General explanation of the activity and tasting of up to three varieties of red wine to create a personalized blend with the provided tools.
Manual bottling, corking, and labeling of the created blend, following the guide's instructions.
At the end, you can take home the bottle of wine you made. Adults also receive a MontGras apron.
