What to expect
Begin an unforgettable adventure with an ascent trek through the majestic Sierra Alvear. The goal is to reach the highest point of the mountain, in an exciting quest for the Ojo del Albino glacier, preparing you for the incredible landscape that awaits.
Upon arrival at the destination, the feeling is indescribable. You will discover the beautiful meltwater lagoon of an intense green color. Behind it stands the imposing glacier wall, approximately 20 meters high and several kilometers long, offering a spectacular view.
What you should know
- Backpack per person of 25/30L.
- 1 water bottle per person (500cm2).
- Mandatory clothing for the activity: waterproof mid or high shaft hiking boots, gaiters, waterproof pants, waterproof jacket.
- Clothing suitable for the type of activity and weather at the time of the activity.
- It is possible to rent the required clothing at an additional cost.
- One day before the activity, around 8 PM, Taun informs you about the exact pick-up time.
