



What to expect
We meet at 11 a.m. at the Purmamarca Terminal
Stop at this cultural and tourist city of the valley. Brief walk through its streets and surroundings.
Arrival at the largest city of the valley, a World Heritage Site. Brief initial visit before continuing to Uquía. Bring a packed lunch to eat on the bus.
Visit to the Church of San Francisco de Paula (17th century). Observation of the paintings of the Angelic Arquebusiers.
Stop to step on the imaginary line of the Tropic of Capricorn. Brief cultural and geographical explanation.
Transfer by 4x4 vehicle to Hornocal. Unique panoramic views of the multicolored mountain range. Return with a brief 20-minute stop in Humahuaca before continuing to Purmamarca.
What you should know
- Remember that the excursion is not canceled due to rain or bad weather. Wait at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. The driver will carry a sign with their last name. Drivers will not wait more than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. It is recommended to wear clothing suitable for the type of activity and weather at the time of the activity. It is always good to bring water and snacks to regain energy. Do not underestimate the weather: bring sunscreen, sunglasses, appropriate clothing and/or warmth or a hat for the sun as needed.
