What to bring
- Thermal mountain clothing and waterproof layers
- Backpack weighing 12-17 kg with water and personal provisions
- Trekking poles, gloves, helmet, and personal safety equipment
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, and headlamp

- Use of personal music devices during the ascent
- Smoking or lighting fires in dry or low-vegetation areas
Important information
- Before the tour, we recommend spending at least one night in Putre to acclimatize properly and fully enjoy the adventure.
- The southern route is accessible most of the year, with a steep path and fewer penitentes than other routes. Temperatures at this altitude range from -15 to 22 °C, and the weather can be challenging due to exposure to wind and heat.
