What to expect
Start of the activity with pickup from hotels within the operation area and transfer to Finca Recuca.
Reception at the farm, delivery of typical coffee attire, and introduction to the experience and the role each visitor will assume during the tour.
Walk along the Coffee Trail to learn about the stages of planting, cultivation, and harvesting, participating in a harvesting simulation and discovering the tradition of the collector's bench.
Visit to the two coffee processing systems, where the guide explains the differences between the traditional process and the ecological process using the beans produced on the farm.
Participate in the traditional preparation of coffee and enjoy a tasting cup as the conclusion of the experience.
Transfer back to the hotels to conclude the activity.
