What to expect
We will embark at Puerto Pañuelo, on the Llao Llao peninsula, to begin the navigation towards Puerto Blest.
During the journey we will pass by the Centinela islet and learn its history before continuing towards the Cántaros Waterfall.
We will visit the Cántaros Waterfall and walk the trails of the Valdivian forest until reaching Lake Cántaros.
We will return to Puerto Blest to enjoy the bay and contemplate Lake Frías.
As an option, we will travel from Puerto Blest to Puerto Alegre and navigate to Puerto Frías to explore the surroundings of Lake Frías.
We will start the return to Puerto Alegre and then to Puerto Blest, enjoying the Patagonian landscape once again.
What you should know
- It is recommended to wear clothing suitable for the type of activity and weather at the time of the activity.
- Bring water and snacks to regain energy.
- Bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
- We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and the most waterproof clothing you have. Puerto Blest is one of the places with the most rainfall in Argentina, so rain is common.
- Pets.
- For those without their own transportation, we recommend booking the service WITH TRANSFER as the port is 25 km from the city.
- The boat offers basic food options, and it is possible to have lunch at the Puerto Blest restaurant; you can also bring your own packed lunch.
