What to expect
The tour starts in San Martín de los Andes to begin the excursion through scenic routes of Patagonia.
You will travel along National Route 234 bordering Lake Lácar, with views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
You will continue to Lake Meliquina to admire its landscape and visit the village located in a natural mountain setting.
The tour continues through the Filo Hua Hum river area, where the detour to Lake Filo Hua Hum is observed.
Following the course of the Caleufú river, you will reach the Casa de Piedra, a natural cave located among mountain formations.
You will ascend through Paso Córdoba, a winding road leading to a viewpoint with panoramic views of the landscape.
The descent crosses the Traful river valley until reaching the Confluencia Traful area, where it joins the Limay river.
You will arrive at Villa Traful, a mountain town located within Nahuel Huapi National Park.
At the end of the tour, you will return to San Martín de los Andes.
