Visitors arrive at Viña Encierra, located 20 kilometers from Santa Cruz towards Pichilemu, in the stunning Colchagua Valley. This marks the beginning of an unforgettable experience for wine and nature enthusiasts.
10 MinutesIn the Sales Room, guests can explore a selection of Viña Encierra wines, including blends, carmenere, and the iconic Porel wine. This area also serves as a space to leave belongings and prepare for the tour.
10 MinutesTour through the vineyard quarters with explanations about the family history, grape varieties, and production processes. Includes opportunities to take photographs in breathtaking landscapes.
20 MinutesIn the winery, you’ll learn about the production process, including the use of concrete tanks that enhance freshness during fermentation. The tour continues to the barrel room and the family chapel, a traditional Chilean structure where Sunday masses are held.
10 MinutesIconic tasting of 4 wines, including Encierra Vineyard Reserve, Encierra Carmenere, Encierra Rosé, and the emblematic Porel. After the tasting, guests will enjoy a countryside barbecue at the quincho, accompanied by roasted vegetables or other alternatives tailored to customer preferences, all set against stunning valley views.
3 HoursAfter the lunch, guests will have the opportunity to purchase wines and pairings as a special memento of their visit.
