What to expect
Visitors arrive directly at Viña Encierra, located 20 kilometers from Santa Cruz towards Pichilemu. This is the starting point for a unique experience in the beautiful Colchagua Valley.
10 MinutesIn the Sales Room, visitors can explore a selection of Viña Encierra wines, including blends, carmenere, and the iconic Porel wine. Guests can also leave their belongings and prepare to enjoy the tour.
10 MinutesGuided tour of the vineyard quarters, where the family history of the estate, the valley’s unique features, the main grape varieties planted, and the production process are explained. There will be opportunities to take stunning photographs.
20 MinutesVisit to the winery, where the production process is explained, including the use of concrete vats that enhance the freshness of the wines during fermentation. Afterwards, visitors will tour the family chapel, a traditional Chilean construction.
10 MinutesGuided tasting of 4 premium wines: Encierra Vineyard Reserve, Encierra Carmenere, Puquillay Cabernet Sauvignon, and Encierra Rosé. The experience includes insights into the flavors and characteristics of each wine.
20 MinutesAfter the wine tasting, guests will have the opportunity to purchase wines and pairings as a souvenir of the experience.

- Water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Sunglasses.
- Pets.
- Alcohol consumption outside the scheduled activity.
- Inappropriate behavior that may disrupt the experience of other visitors.
- In case of rain, the tour will not be canceled, but appropriate clothing is recommended.
