What to expect
Make sure to have the QR code to redeem it at the authorized points. It is 1 QR code per ticket.
Present the reservation voucher with QR code at one of the following points: Sector Zorros El Colorado, Pronto Copec Cantagallo, Pronto Copec Apoquindo, Pronto Copec Los Trapenses, Pronto Copec Manquehue (Manquehue with Pte. Riesco)
Get ready with your equipment and head to the lifts with only 1 ticket per person. When passing through the turnstile, your daily ticket will be activated. (Attention: If you have more tickets in your belongings, they will all be activated!)
The ski center closes its operations at 5 pm. (subject to weather conditions)
Return to the parking lots and make sure to dispose of the ticket.

- Passing more than one ticket through the turnstile
- Using a ticket that does not correspond to the purchased category
- Smoking outside authorized areas
- Minors without adult supervision
- To receive your ticket, the purchase must be made in the name of the person who will collect the tickets. To validate their identity, their ID card and the QR code of each ticket will be requested.
