What to expect
The experience begins with pickup from your accommodation in Ushuaia. We will take a scenic drive along Route 3 for 55 km until we reach the Laguna Escondida Rural Estate, a privileged place in the heart of Tierra del Fuego. Upon arrival, we will welcome you at the baqueano refuge, where you will learn about the history of our family, founders of the estate in 1956, and prepare for the adventure.
Once ready, we will start the guided horseback ride. You will ride a horse to enter the impressive landscape of the Andes Mountain Range. During the ride, you will explore unique trails, surrounded by the natural beauty and tranquility of the Fuegian environment, experiencing an authentic connection with nature and the traditions of the region's baqueanos.
What you should know
- Warm and waterproof clothing is required.
- Footwear suitable for mud, rain, or snow that fits snugly.
- If possible, bring extra socks, gloves, and a hat.
- Children under 5 years old can ride on the same horse as an adult.
