What to expect
We will meet at the Plaza de Armas, in front of the main door of the cathedral, to start the panoramic tour of Arequipa.
We will tour the Yanahuara district to see its portals, the San Juan Bautista Church, and enjoy views of the Misti volcano.
We will visit the Carmen Alto viewpoint to observe the terraces of the district and the Misti, Chachani, and Pichu Pichu volcanoes.
We will visit the Incalpaca mini-zoo and observe the four South American camelids: llama, alpaca, vicuña, and guanaco.
We will arrive at the Founder’s Mansion, a colonial house turned museum. Entry is optional.
We will visit the Sabandía Mill, where a working water mill is preserved. Entry and activities such as horseback riding or ATV riding are optional.
We will return to the center of Arequipa city to end the tour.
