What to expect
First, we will start our land journey from the city of Cartagena, heading towards the Barú peninsula as we leave the urban area behind to enter the coastal landscapes of the Bolívar department.
Then we will settle in a selected area of the beach to enjoy a traditional Caribbean lunch, having the entire afternoon free to swim in its calm turquoise waters, walk on the white sand, or relax under the palm trees.
Afterwards, at sunset, we will board a boat that takes us into the mangrove area of the coastal lagoon, where we immerse ourselves in the darkness to witness the amazing bioluminescence phenomenon and see how the water glows with bluish flashes at every movement.
Finally, we will return to the boat to begin the road trip back to Cartagena, concluding the night journey at the points of origin always guided by expert staff.
