The best time to visit the city of Penha is from November to March if you want to enjoy the sea, or from April to August if you prefer to avoid rain and heat. The summer period is perfect to enjoy its more than 15 beaches and attend the famous Seafood Festival, while the cooler months are ideal for exploring the Beto Carrero World theme park with pleasant weather and less chance of rain. However, keep in mind that December, January, and July (coinciding with school and year-end holidays) represent the high season.
