Excursion to Hornocal, Solar Train and Purmamarca from Salta

Passengers must present themselves at 6:20 am at Calle Caseros 420 in the city of Salta Capital.

We will arrive at the Train Station of the town of Purmamarca at 9:45 am so that passengers can take the Solar Train of the Quebrada de Humahuaca, which departs at 10:00 am.

Departing at 10:00 am, passengers will take a journey of approximately 20 km on the Solar Train of the Quebrada de Humahuaca until arriving at the Train Station of the town of Purmamarca.

Upon arrival at the Maimara Train Station, passengers will meet the vehicle and the service guide to continue the journey for about 60 km (approximately 1 hour) to the town of Uquia.

Once we arrive at the town of Uquia, passengers will transfer (change vehicle) to continue to the Serranías del Hornocal, covering a distance of almost 35 km.

Having arrived at the viewpoint of the 14 Colors Hill, passengers will have between 30 and 45 minutes to appreciate the majesty of the beautiful Hornocal Hill.

After finishing the visit to the Hornocal Hill, we will return to the town of Humahuaca, arriving approximately at 2:30 pm where we will meet again with the vehicle and the service guide. In the town of Humahuaca, passengers will have 1 hour of free time for lunch (they can choose where to eat based on price, place, food, etc.).

Around 3:30 pm, we will start the journey from the town of Humahuaca to the town of Purmamarca (70 km), arriving around 4:30 pm. Here passengers will have approximately 1 hour of free time to visit the main square and the artisan market around it in this beautiful town.
