The trekking to the Quebrada de San Lorenzo is an expedition to the heart of the Salta yungas, where the biodiversity of the mountain jungle is displayed in all its splendor.
What to expect
The adventure begins at the base of the San Lorenzo Ravine, where we will start our trekking. We will venture through winding trails, surrounded by the lush vegetation of the Yungas. During this first part of the route, you will be fully immersed in the mountain jungle ecosystem, listening to the sounds of the local fauna and discovering the unique flora of the region as we gain altitude.
Upon reaching the highest points of the trail, the dense foliage will open up to reveal the reward of our effort: stunning panoramic views. From these natural viewpoints, you will behold the expanse of the Lerma Valley and the city of Salta in the distance. We will have time to take photographs, rest, and enjoy the landscape before starting the return journey, completing an unforgettable experience.
