What to expect
Head to Plaza La Góndola, on the first floor. Present the PDF with your barcode at the official ticket office. The staff will scan the code and give you your physical ticket or load it onto your Valle Plus card.
The ticket office staff will validate the code and check the corresponding category according to the passenger's age with your identity card or passport. They will load your physical Valle Plus card. If you don't have one, you can buy it there.
With the loaded ticket, you will be able to enter through the turnstiles and use the enabled slopes and chairlifts of Valle Nevado.
Free exit from the center once you finish your activities on the slopes. You can keep your physical card for another recharge.

- All individuals must have a physical Valle Plus Card to use the daily ski ticket.
- If you do not have a physical Valle Plus Card, you can purchase one directly at the ticket office for an approximate value of $6,000.
