What to expect
Pick up at your hotel located in the historic center of Arequipa around 2:30 AM to start the excursion.
Travel from Arequipa to the town of Chivay crossing high Andean landscapes and natural reserve areas.
Stop for a continental breakfast en route in the town of Chivay.
Visit to the main viewpoint to contemplate the depth of the canyon and observe the flight of the Andean condor, with an approximate stay of one hour.
Tour of natural viewpoints during the return, including Choquetico, Antahuilque, and the tombs and lithic models, with panoramic views of the valley.
