What to expect
You will be picked up from hotels in downtown Arequipa or the Plaza de Armas to start the trip to the Colca Valley. We will make a stop in Yura for breakfast before continuing the journey.
We will arrive at the Cruz del Condor Viewpoint to appreciate the vastness of the Colca Canyon and observe the flight of the Andean condor in its natural environment.
We will visit the traditional towns of Pinchollo, Maca, and Yanque, as well as the viewpoints of Antahuilque and Choquetico to observe valley landscapes and agricultural terraces.
We will have the opportunity to visit the Colca hot springs to relax in their pools. Entrance is optional and paid directly on site.
We will arrive at the town of Chivay, where you will have free time to enjoy a typical regional lunch on your own.
On the return to Arequipa, we will make stops at the Volcanoes Viewpoint, the Tocra Bofedales, and the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve to observe high Andean landscapes and wildlife.
