What to expect
You travel in the morning from Bogotá to Ibagué, the gateway to southern Tolima. Upon arrival, you will taste the Tolimense lechona and visit the Mundo Sonoro Museum. At night, you will have dinner at the hotel and rest.
You will leave in the morning towards Prado, descending to warm climates. You will settle in at the Mansión del Lago Hotel facing the reservoir, and after lunch, you will enjoy the offered nautical activities. Dinner and rest at the hotel.
You will get up early to head to Pandion House for an interpretive tour and bird watching. You will have breakfast there, lunch, and in the afternoon you will sail on the reservoir visiting islands, canyons, and nesting areas. You will return to the hotel for dinner and rest.
After breakfast, you will travel to Ibagué to take the morning flight to Bogotá. This concludes the journey through the inland sea and aquatic landscapes of southern Tolima.
