What to expect
Start of the tour at 07:30 heading towards the high mountain area.
Route along Provincial Route 86 with views of Cacheuta and the Cordón del Plata, continuing through a tunnel towards Potrerillos.
Pass by the Potrerillos Dam, surrounded by the mountainous landscape of the mountain range.
Strategic stop in Uspallata to enjoy the valley views and make the scheduled technical stop during the tour.
Arrival at Aconcagua Provincial Park and start of the hike to the Horcones Lagoon viewpoint.
Hike with views of the South Wall and the summit of Cerro Aconcagua from the viewpoint area.
1 HourLunch with a hot dish and drink at a mountain rest stop.
Stop during the return trip to visit the Puente del Inca and its high mountain surroundings.
Continuation of the return trip with expected arrival in Mendoza around 20:00.
