What to expect
We will start the journey from Salta heading west along RN 68, passing through Cerrillos, La Merced, and El Carril.
We will continue along RP 33 towards the Precordillera of the Andes, touring the ravines and observing natural landscapes and traditional crops.
We will travel the Cuesta del Obispo until reaching Piedra del Molino, located at 3,348 meters above sea level.
We will cross the Recta del Tin Tin and Los Cardones National Park before continuing towards Payogasta.
We will arrive at Cachi, where there will be free time to have lunch on your own and explore the town, its church, museum, and artisan market.
We will begin the return to Salta, concluding the journey through the landscapes of the Calchaquí Valley.
