Description: Start of the activity with a meeting at your accommodation or at the agency to receive a brief introduction to the program, review the equipment, and transfer to the initial training point. Duration: 20 to 30 minutes.
30 MinutesDescription: Clear and concise explanation of the basic principles of diving: breathing, pressure compensation, underwater communication, and safety rules. The instructor will introduce the equipment and answer any questions before entering the water.
30 MinutesDescription: Practice in a calm and protected area to familiarize yourself with breathing underwater and perform the first basic maneuvers, always accompanied by a professional instructor.
40 MinutesDescription: First open water diving experience, gradually descending to a maximum depth of 12 meters. Accessible reefs and tranquil marine life areas are explored, ideal for beginners.
50 MinutesDescription: Short break to hydrate, adjust equipment, and receive feedback from the instructor before the second dive.
30 MinutesDescription: Second dive of the day, focused on enjoying the underwater environment, improving buoyancy, and observing tropical fish and coral formations up close.
50 MinutesDescription: Return to Taganga to return the equipment, discuss the experience with the instructor, and receive recommendations for continuing your journey in recreational diving.
